| Bio: | Reverend Moss was born into slavery as a feudalistic agricultural laborer under Lord Parchins in the year 523 on the Isle of Man. As the only son of a pair of Atlantian Clerics he was genetically and spiritually imbued with unnatural psychic and mental abilities. After an unfortunate encounter with the daughter of Lord Parchins he was liberated from the physical plane at the ripe age of 87 by an angry mob armed with large rocks, peat, and stale bread.
Moss the Blessed was raised from the dead by Tiamat the Learned in 1887 and introduced to the Mysteries of the Ages, an a capella vocal group intimately tied to the Order of the Golden Dawn. It was here that he developed his powers to their fullest and in a heated debate with Aleister Crowley over the boiling point of lead, realized that it was time to set out and see the world.
Over time Moss gained the acceptance of the modern world through his friendship with Pope Benedict XV. The two were inseparable and often seen talking together in quiet, hushed tones. It is generally believed that this was the time that the secrets of Saint Peter were bestowed upon Moss and he was given the ability to speak with the dead, which would explain his knowledge of events and persons he could have no way of witnessing or meeting. Such as the true resting place of Mozart and why everyone thinks Elvis is dead.
Reverend Moss is now in hiding somewhere in the Tibetan Himalayas fighting for the return of the Dalai Lama. Rather than using crude ballistic devices and tactical strategies he peers deeply into the minds of the Communist Chinese and scrambles their recipes for Kung Pow Chicken. They are left starving and helpless. It is hoped that the Buddhist leader will return to his temple sometime in the next century to oversee completion of the Limitless Tunnels which will link the surface world with that of the Lava People. |
